MAES second graders love their science. Earlier this spring, Ms. Larson’s class tried out their green thumbs and did everything plant related!
They visited the WCROC for a lesson on the life cycle of plants with the help of a university student. Back in the classroom they learned about how seeds travel, the role of the sun in plants, and how much water is too much for plants. They are eagerly awaiting for their corn, soybeans, radishes and marigolds to sprout!
